This program comprises two parts :
- GENERAL ORIENTATIONS OF THE PROGRAM
- CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM
The first part begins with a chapter that discusses the background and key issues concerning moral education. The second chapter presents a number of principles, in the form of statements.
Subsequent chapters on the teacher, the adolescent, the main goals and objectives, and the teaching/learning approach used in the program, describe practical ways in which the underlying principles can be applied un the second cycle of secondary school.
The second part of the document covers another level of practical application. It presents the program objectives and content. The final chapter contains a bibliography.
